The PAPPL (PSA AVTEC Powertrain Pvt. Ltd.) is a Greenfield being set-up at Hosur, close to one of the biggest metropolitan city, Bangalore. Though it’s a fairly young organization however it carries the long heritage of two big groups-the PSA Group of France and one of the most reputed Indian business house, the CK Birla Group. The best of HR practices are being driven and implemented as being done in the parent groups.

Learning & Development

At PSA-AVTEC, right from day1 of the employees in the organization, we focus and invest in Learning and Development across various levels. We believe in continual growth of our employees and offer a structured induction program for all level to help them understand the organization, its structure and processes. Through our robust training need analysis, employees are being provided with various on job technical trainings in India as well as Overseas at Groupe PSA locations. Numerous behavioral training programs being planned and conducted for entry level to senior level managers with the help of internal and external consultants. This in-turn helps the employees to enhance their competency level and grow with-in the organization to take up higher responsibilities going forward.

Performance Driven Culture:

PSA-AVTEC believes that a performance driven culture keeps the employees motivated as well as sets the path of success of the organization. Considering that we have adopted the best in class performance evaluation system based on Balance Score Card (BSC) methodology. It starts with SMART goal setting where targets are Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic and Time-bound which converts into an overall fair and transparent evaluation process.
